- Free deliveries for orders over £50.
- Standard Delivery – Royal Mail 48 Tracked – 2-3 working days (UK including the Channel Islands) £3.99
- Express Delivery – Royal Mail 24 Tracked 1-2 working days (UK including the Channel Islands) £4.99
- Next Day orders taken on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched Monday for Tuesday delivery.
- Orders must be placed by 12pm Monday to Thursday for Express Delivery – Royal Mail 24. Excludes weekend delivery and Bank Holidays.
- International Delivery – (EU) 3-5 working days (The Rest of The World) – 5-9 working days. Prices vary.

- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date you received your purchase.
- Items must be in their original state and condition and in the original packaging.
- Include any invoice, packing slip, or proof of purchase.
- Fill in and include the return form with the item
- Refund will be issued once return has arrived at Carabou Menswear for item/s including standard p&p.
- It may take up to 14 days for a refund to post to the account used for purchase.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
- Shipping charges applied to the original purchase are refundable.
- We recommend you obtain and retain proof of postage until the refund or exchange has been made.
- Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable except for faulty or incorrect items.
- Exchanges may be made for items of the same price or more additional costs may apply.
